SPIRE HAS COMMITTED, UH, TO KEEPING THE ROCK ISLAND OPEN DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES AND IMPLEMENTING ALL NECESSARY SAFETY MEASURES TO PROTECT THE COUNTY'S PROPERTY.
