26-20 It is necessary to ensure a fair, organized, and thorough review process for all nominations submitted for service on the Ethics, Human Relations, and Citizen Complaints Commission.
The establishment of a Nominating Committee will promote transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the selection process.
It is hereby ordered that:
1. A Nominating Committee is hereby established for the purpose of reviewing all nominations submitted for appointment to the Ethics, Human Relations, and Citizen Complaints Commission.
2. The Nominating Committee shall evaluate nominees based on qualifications, experience, integrity, and the ability to effectively serve on the Ethics, Human Relations, and Citizen Complaints Commission.
3. The following individuals are hereby appointed to serve on the Nominating Committee, effective immediately:
· Dr. Kimberly Beatty
· Tim Becker
· Janet Miles
4. The Nominating Committee shall begin its duties immediately upon issuance of this Executive Order and shall provide recommendations in accordance with established procedure and timelines.
5. This Executive Order shall remain in effect until amended, superseded, or rescinded.
